Ik ben er jaren niet geweest om de reden dat ze onvriendelijk en niet klantvriendelijk zijn. Nu toch nog eens gegaan en helaas nog steeds hetzelfde liedje.

Friendly is a word which unfortunately (still not) appears in the dictionary of the employees.
I have not been there for years because they are unfriendly and not customer friendly. Now gone again and unfortunately still the same song.
