★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De receptionist praat zonder respect en onbeschoft tegen de patiënten vooral als je een afspraak wil inplannen wordt zij snel bos en het enige wat ze zeg is dat er geen plek is! ze doet alsof je haar geld gebruikt om de behandelingen te betalen!
 The receptionist talks disrespectfully and rudely to the patients especially if you want to schedule an appointment she quickly becomes angry and all she says is that there is no room! she pretends you are using her money to pay for the treatments!
