β β β β β My experience was awful. There is an extremely rude, mean, woman working at the nail salon that made the whole experience extremely un-pleasant leaving me to feel very upset and want to leave asap.
The treatment was also bad, wrong gel colour and purposely applied bad.
You have to pay first which is why they donβt really care.
I am extremely confused as to why you would run a business like this. Surely you should be nice to your clients!
I really donβt think that Westfields the mall of Netherlands should allow this shop in their beautiful building.
Please do not try this nail salon! It is extremely awful. Whole experience unpleasant.
There is another nail shop that was really busy and looked very friendly. I will be trying them next time.

β β β β β The place may look nice but appearances are deceiving. The service is unprofessional to the point of rude. There is only one person in the whole salon who can properly understand Dutch/English well enough to communicate with clients and she is being constantly interrupted while trying to do nails which must be so annoying for the paying client. I had a pedicure and gellac which I paid 43 EUR for and only saw now that I still have rough heels. I give two stars as the gel was nicely applied. It is pity the treatments are not carried out well as this is an ideal location but I doubt I will visit again.

β β β β β We made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, when we arrived they forgot to schedule our appointment in the daily agenda. The guy told is to come back 40 minutes later. When we came back there was only 1 lady to treat all 3 of us? Why make an appointment if it means nothing?
The manicure the lady gave us was unfinished and rushed. Very bad quality.
I got the gel polish. She filed my nails so thin half of them broke right there while they were beyond healthy when I walked in.
2 hours after the appointment a part of my nailpolish already broke off. All my nails are thin and at the point of breaking and the nailpolish is very uneven.
We didnt even get an apology for the delay or the rush treatment. And they are not responding to messages I have sent asking to fix my broken nailpolish!
Worst experience ever, will never visit again.

β β β β β Disappointed. Me and my mum waited 50 minutes to get our nails and feet done, even though we had booked! We got a β¬13 discount in the end for this (on a bill of over β¬115!).
Pedicure done OK, manicure not good. Very rushed and the next day the gel on both thumbs got loose (bubbles of air). Looked terrible! had to patch it up with black nail polish. The following day got back to show, but there was nothing they could do, not even a voucher or something! Such bad service! Shame they are the only place in Westfield.
