★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via Bol.com een oven bij deze zaak besteld. Bij het installeren van de keuken werd de oven uitgepakt en bleek de oven beschadigd. Nadat ik dit gemeld had werd de verantwoordelijkheid in eerste instantie afgeschoven op de monteur (deze moest hem hebben laten vallen). Na herhaaldelijk contact en discussie heb ik uiteindelijk een nieuwe oven toegezonden gekregen.
Ordered an oven at this store via Bol.com. When installing the kitchen, the oven was unpacked and the oven was found to be damaged. After I reported this, the responsibility was initially shifted to the mechanic (he must have dropped it). After repeated contact and discussion, I finally received a new oven.
