★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veel verschillende meningen en dat mag uiteraard. Ik hou ervan in 1 zaak voor alles te kunnen slagen. Heel goed geholpen en super blij met onze nieuwe meubels. Als advies zou ik wel meegeven om volgende x even te bellen als er iets niet te leveren is ipv gewoon een alternatief leveren. Dit hoort niet zo.
Verder was de bezorgen erg aardig en behulpzaam, help hem dan helpt hij jou ook kneitergoed. Heeft netjes alle verpakkingen weer meegenomen. Al met al ben ik erg blij met jullie
 Lots of different opinions and that is of course allowed. I like being able to pass everything in 1 case. Very helpful and very happy with our new furniture. As advice I would give to call next x if something cannot be delivered instead of just supplying an alternative. This isn't right.
Furthermore, the delivery was very nice and helpful, help him then he will help you as well. Neatly took all packaging back. All in all I'm very happy with you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I placed an order for 2 chairs on May 23, 2019. We were told the order would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I reconfirmed this because we were going away on hoilday in August. The sales women assured me that we would have the 2 chairs before then. It's now been 4 months and we still do not have our chairs. There has been no contact from Mokana to us, only when we call (which is every week). We are told that it will be 2 more weeks every time we call. The quality of the products are good but the lack of customer service and communication is absoulety horrible. This was going to be our 2nd purchase with this company but sadly we feel they do not care about their customers.
Happy to update that the issue has been resolved and we now have our chairs. The quality is of course outstanding!
