★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een plein dat van oudsher wat onhandig gesitueerd was in het verlengde van de Markstraat, met een één- en tweerichtingsstraat. Waar menig kermisexploitant zijn flitsende attracties liet opzwepen door de muziek. Echter na een stevige ingreep van zowel Markstraat alsook het Molenplein, is dit nu, een ware publiekstrekker. Een mooi waterplein, met de vorm van een molensteen, autoluw en speels ingericht. Het verkeer naar de Markstraat heeft een geslotenverklaring.
 A square that was traditionally somewhat awkwardly situated in the extension of the Markstraat, with a one- and two-way street. Where many a fairground operator had his flashy attractions whipped up by the music. However, after a major intervention by both Markstraat and Molenplein, this is now a real crowd puller. A beautiful water square, with the shape of a millstone, car-free and playfully decorated. Traffic to the Markstraat has a closed statement.
