Heerlijk om het hele jaar buiten te kunnen sporten met kundige trainers! Het is echt even me-time!

Heel eerlijk, ik heb niet altijd zin om te gaan maar na afloop heb ik zo veel energie gekregen van de workout en andere members dat ik er weer tegenaan kan!
Very honestly, I don't always feel like going but afterwards I got so much energy from the workout and other members that I can take it again!

Zo fijn om het hele jaar door buiten te kunnen sporten, en dan ook nog met hele leuke vrouwen!

Super fijn om lekker buiten te sporten en even een momentje voor jezelf te hebben! En met de kennis van de trainers weet ik zeker dat ik effectief en veilig aan het sporten ben.
Super nice to exercise outside and have a moment for yourself! And with the knowledge of the trainers, I am sure that I am exercising effectively and safely.

Wat fijn dat we nu, ondanks Corona, heerlijk kunnen blijven sporten via de lifestream workouts! Echt super dat ik nu nóg vaker sport en me daardoor nog fitter voel.
How nice that we can continue to exercise, despite Corona, through the lifestyle workouts! Really great that I exercise even more often and that makes me feel even fitter.

The reason i joined again was to make sure I didn’t go too fast / try to workout too intensively after my 2nd child: The girls/ladies that train know what’s good and not so smart for a (recent) prego body. And obviously because its year round and outside! 4 stars not 5 because: -There are only a few lessons that are convenient for me (after 8pm on a weekday is too late for me, and sunday usually only starts at 9:30- too late) -The intensity really depends on the instructor and I notice that especially in the amount of time between exercises (breaks). I only have an hour to workout, i’d like to make it really worthwhile! I don’t do it for the social aspect, so sometimes the buddy exercises are annoying, esp bc not everyone is as keen to actually finish all the exercises or do them intensively. Then again- this is an issue i also find at indoor classes!
