Maar nu is er tijdens het transport schade ontstaan en ze weigeren op mijn emails te reageren.
Een goed verhuisbedrijf weet juist bij schades zich te onderscheiden door service te leveren en mee te denken.
Van Buuren duwt zijn kop in het zand. Zeer slecht en belachelijk voor woorden.
Used twice, without problems.
But now damage has occurred in transit and they refuse to respond to my emails.
A good moving company knows how to distinguish itself in case of damage by providing service and thinking along.
Van Buuren pushes his head into the sand. Very bad and ridiculous for words.

Met deze bedrijf kreeg ik de winnende prijs-qualiteit offerte. Ik heb 12 bedrijven ervoor gescand. Hier was de offerte zonder lange verhalen, zichtbaar in een vriendelijke meneer.
Ik plan en wil ze ook in de toekomst kiezen.

With this company I received the winning price-quality quote. I scanned 12 companies for it. Here was the quote without long stories, visible in a friendly gentleman.
I plan and want to choose them in the future.

Ieder had zijn eigen specialiteit en de samenwerking was perfect.
En we bleven lachen met zn allen alle twee de dagen.
Een dikke aanrader dus!

β β β β β I had Joh. van Buuren en Zn do my removal from the Netherlands to Belgium. They were very professional from the moment they did the virtual estimate on whatsapp video (with John van Buuren himself) till the removal itself. The administration (Mr. Martijn) was very helpful, i.e. if you needed extra boxes or paper, this could all be arranged free of charge. On the removal day, the men carrying the furniture were very skilled. We lived in a 'maisonette' with narrow corridors and a stairs immediately after the entrance door, but they had no problem transferring all our furniture through the front door, which the previous movers couldn't do (so they had to make use of the balcony). Very impressive indeed. None of my furniture or belongings was damaged. I would definitely recommend this professional company.
