Om 6:45 uur arriveerde ik op station Roermond.Aangezien de treinen van en naar Roermond vanwege een brand deze ochtend niet bleken te rijden, moest ik de afspraak afzeggen. Helaas is Houben Mondzorg pas vanaf 8:30 uur (sic!) bereikbaar en kon ik het telefoon nummmer van de tandarts niet op internet vinden. Als gevolg daarven moet de tandarts 30 minuten wachten op een patient die niet in staat is om de afspraak na te komen. Kan dit beter?
I had an appointment with the dentist today at 8:00 am. At 6:45 am I arrived at Roermond station. As the trains to and from Roermond were unable to run this morning due to a fire, I had to cancel the appointment. Unfortunately, Houben Mondzorg can only be reached from 8:30 am (sic!) And I could not find the telephone number of the dentist on the internet. As a result, the dentist must wait 30 minutes for a patient who is unable to honor the appointment. Can this be better?
