★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben vandaag voor het eerst bij Mondzorg Mellens geweest en het beviel echt boven verwachtingen goed. Iedereen was super vriendelijk, ondanks dat ik te laat aankwam. De tandarts zelf was kundig maar ook voorzichtig. Ik moest een verstandskies laten trekken en de verdoving voelde ik praktisch niks van en de kies was er binnen 1-2 minuten al uit.
Bij het maken van vervolg afspraken werd er rekening gehouden met mijn financiële situatie en de tandarts stelde zelf voor om de meeste afspraken in het volgende jaar te plannen i.v.m. vergoeding van mijn verzekering. Daarna begon de assistente vrijwillig van alles te berekenen met een rekenmachine om te bepalen wat het meest voordelig voor mij zou zijn, wat ik ook heel erg kon waarderen.
Over het algemeen leek het personeel mij, naast vakbekwaam, één voor één gewoon goudeerlijke mensen die tot het eind met je mee proberen te denken om je te helpen.
Ik had me in eerste instantie vergist in de locatie maar als student zonder auto fiets ik nu graag vanuit Groningen heen en terug om hier behandeld te worden :)
I visited Mondzorg Mellens for the first time today and it really went well beyond expectations. Everyone was super friendly, even though I arrived late. The dentist himself was knowledgeable but also careful. I had to let a wisdom tooth pull and I almost didn't feel the anesthesia and the tooth was removed within 1-2 minutes.
When making follow-up appointments, my financial situation was taken into account and the dentist himself proposed to schedule most appointments in the following year. reimbursement of my insurance. Then the assistant voluntarily began to calculate everything with a calculator to determine what would be the most beneficial to me, which I also really appreciated.
In general the staff seemed to me, besides being skilled, one by one just golden honest people who try to think along with you until the end to help you.
I was initially mistaken at the location but as a student without a car I now like to cycle back and forth from Groningen to be treated here :)
