Op 6-2 een Muurbeugel besteld en nu (9-3) nog steeds niks vernomen na herhaadelijk contactzoeken via de app, mail en telefonisch! Drukte kan ik begrijpen, maar deze after-service is echt ongekend slecht. Advies: gooi de website dicht, werk de openstaande orders weg en ga dan pas weer nieuwe klanten aannemen. 2/7/2020 De pull-up bar die ik heb besteld hangt! Voelt zeer robuust en sterk. Erg blij mee! MonkeyXL heb ik ondertussen gesproken over langere levertijd. Alles is dus alsnog netjes opgelost en het product is uitstekend 29/6/2020 probleem als de andere reviews: 26/5 besteld, vandaag 29/6 en nog steeds geen nieuws. Geen reactie op app, mail en telefoon. Op website staat 3.5 wkn levertijd.... Ik heb alle begrip voor “corona-drukte” maar dit gaat te ver... Geen idee wanneer en of ik iets ga ontvangen. Tip voor MonkeyXL: neem geen bestellingen aan als je te druk bent. 9/3/2021 Unfortunately I am forced to change my review! Ordered a wall bracket on 6-2 and now (9-3) still nothing has been heard after repeated contact searches via the app, email and telephone! I can understand crowds, but this after-service is really bad. Advice: close the website, remove open orders and only then start accepting new customers. 2/7/2020 The pull-up bar I ordered is hanging! Feels very robust and strong. Very happy with it! MonkeyXL I have meanwhile talked about longer delivery times. So everything is still neatly resolved and the product is excellent 29/6/2020 problem as the other reviews: ordered 26/5, today 29/6 and still no news. No response to app, mail and telephone. The website says 3.5 wks delivery time .... I fully understand “corona crowds” but this is going too far ... No idea when or if I will receive something. Tip for MonkeyXL: do not take orders if you are too busy.

Maatwerk was geen enkel probleem dus de BigMonkey pull up bar past nu precies op de gewenste plek. Zeer tevreden. Excellent product. Despite the current pressure, a high-quality rod was received. Good work takes time and with a little patience you really have something. Customization was no problem, so the BigMonkey pull up bar now fits exactly where you want it. Very satisfied.

Nu 4,5 week verder (2 juli) hebben we nog steeds niet gehoord en niets ontvangen. 1,5 week na bestelling gebeld. Het was druk maar met een week zou de bar binnen moeten zijn. Niet dus. Als ik vandaag probeer te bellen krijg ik direct voicemail. Op het bandje geven ze aan dat je prima kan bestellen en de levertijd ongeveer 2 weken is. 2 weken... was dat maar zo! Na een dikke maand nog niks geleverd maar wel het geld kwijt. EN niet bereikbaar zijn... Waardeloos. On June 1, 2021 we ordered and paid for a standard pullup bar. Now 4.5 weeks later (July 2) we still have not heard and received nothing. Called 1.5 weeks after ordering. It was busy but by a week the bar should be inside. Not so. When I try to call today I get instant voicemail. On the strap they indicate that you can order fine and the delivery time is about 2 weeks. 2 weeks... if only that were so! After a month, still nothing delivered but lost the money. AND not reachable... Worthless.

Goede kwaliteit en oplossing voor elke ruimte, zo ook mijn patio van een kleine 10m2 denk ik. Het squatrack is inklapbaar waardoor ik ook nog gebruik kan maken van de patio naast het sporten. Monkeyxl is betrouwbaar, plaatst iets niet wanneer er ook maar een klein beetje onzekerheid is qua ophanging. Ik kan nu lekker thuis trainen zonder QR code en lekker in de buitenlucht! Ik kan het iedereen aanraden, hij past alles aan naar wens en voor alles is een oplossing! Great, great, great!!! So happy with my pullup bar and squat/(bench) press rack! Good quality and solution for every space, including my patio of a small 10m2, I think. The squat track is collapsible, so I can also use the patio next to exercising. Monkeyxl is reliable, won't post anything when there's even the slightest bit of uncertainty in suspension. I can now train at home without a QR code and enjoy the outdoors! I can recommend it to everyone, he adjusts everything to your liking and there is a solution for everything!

Please protect your stress level and money and don't do business with them. First and last time I order something from MonkeyXL, my review might be adjusted slightly if I finally received my products. placed an order on 30th of April and emailed multiple times about the status, because the telephone will not be answered. It is now the 25th of May and still no products, but what worries me even more is that none of my emails are answered and I have the feeling that they completely ignore me. I personally find this extremely worrying, rude and unacceptable.

I sent several emails enquiring the status of my order, but never got a response. I called 4 times. First time, I was told that he will check the order and call me back. I never received a call. When I called again, I got a text message saying that he will call me back. I called again a couple of days later, but was directed only to voicemail. As of now, I still have not received my order. Very disappointing customer service.
