 Has a terrace along the waterfront, this is from the old town hall. A really nice location with boats passing by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd leuk om weer eens in Montfoort te komen. Vele jaren geleden met Show- en Drumfanfare Triomf uit Bodegraven deelgenomen aan het Carnaval. Daarna een paar keer daar gefietst. En nu dus -met de Senioren Zomerschool Houten- op uitnodiging van onze oud-wethouder Jocko Rensen- een prachtige stadswandeling gemaakt. Met heel veel historie en een bezoek aan de molen... We gaan zeker nog eens terug...
Always nice to come to Montfoort again. Many years ago I took part in the Carnival with Show and Drumfare Triumph from Bodegraven. Then cycled there a few times. And now - with the Senioren Zomerschool Houten - at the invitation of our former alderman Jocko Rensen - a beautiful city walk. With a lot of history and a visit to the mill ... We will definitely go back ...

En het gaat voor elk bootje open waardoor je telkens moet wachten ,
Zou handiger zijn als het op een andere plek zat .
9 / 10 times the bridge is broken ,
And it opens for every boat so you have to wait every time,
Would be more convenient if it was in a different place.
