★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al zo vaak langs gelopen maar toch eens aan de andere kant van het hek gegaan om te zien wat daar nou precies stond.
Tot mijn verbazing is het een mooi herdenkings monument van een heftig Brits bombardement tijdens de 2e wereld oorlog.
Een verhaal dat bij maar weinig mensen bekend zal zijn. Verhaal op Wikipedia is zeker een aanrader om wat meer te weten te komen.
 Walked past so many times but went to the other side of the fence to see what exactly was there.
To my surprise it is a beautiful memorial monument of a heavy British bombardment during the 2nd world war.
