★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit underwhelming. The staff was very busy and appeared to have trouble keeping up. We had to wait quite a while for our food. It tasted fine, but it wasn't anything special. Definitely not the worst place to eat, but there's better ones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok but serving with carton bowl and one-time plate are not environmental friendly at all, which caused so much wastes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good however the attitude of one of the waiter was quite unprofessional. We were 5 in total and stayed around 3 hours. During our dinner, this particular waiter took our glasses several times before we even finish the drink and didn’t even bother to ask before that. The same person refused to accept the total payment split but 5 of us which is quite common specially when you go to a restaurant as a group. Other than this unprofessional individual, we had a good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is very mediocre and bland, the only “Asian” things you’ll find are probably teriyaki and gyoza. The dishes were served in carton boxes, not even real plates for the price of a restaurant, therefore there’s no work on the presentation of the dish.
This place doesn’t even know how to cook rice, the one in the sushi was mushy like a purée and the one in our plates also (it was basmati by the way). The least I’d expect from an Asian restaurant is decent presentation, better flavor and recipe work, and good rice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a cosy and nice place. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are hospitable. The location is great.
Food is okay. It was more like a Europeanized version of Asian food. Also there was barely any street food. Food was served in paper bowls. It was strange because the whole setting of the place is like a nice restaurant and suddenly you get the food in paper bowls. This place is great for vegans because even bubble tea is served only with non dairy milk. I would call this restaurant more of a vegan friendly Europeanized Asian fusion rather than Asian Street Food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spontaneously dropped in for a coffee, after looking at the menu had a pink Gin. Delicious. Great, attentive & friendly service which was so good we booked to go back later for Dinner. We ate the shared plate for 2; a mix of sushi & asian cuisine. Would easily serve 3. Tasty, spicy and well cooked & served. We loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here despite the negative reviews—so glad we did! We were pleasantly surprised by the service and dishes. Food arrived very fast. Excellent food. Clean, open kitchen with a seemingly organized team working inside. Polite and responsive waiters. The interior is spacious and authentically decorated. Would have preferred real tableware rather than paper plates but it wasn't a deal breaker at all. Enjoyed our meal very much. Will definitely go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was delicious, carefully prepared and left me curious to try other things.
The staff seemed confused and inexperienced. They kept confusing orders and bringing dishes to our table that were not ours. They also mixed up the order of my husband. He ordered noodles and got rice (even though the box had a noodles sticker -see photo)
I liked the place and ambience. This restaurant is exquisitely decorated, every little detail was thought through. Except for the dish ware. Not only does it diminishes the experience by serving in carton, disposable plates and dishes… it is also not environmentally sustainable.
I asked the staff about this, and she said “it is carton and it is part of Asian street food concept”. Ok, I understand that but you’re not even recycling the carton when here in the Netherlands you could perfectly do it. (Confirmed by the staff members of the restaurant, Mood does not recycle carton)
I saw the trash can behind our table, you can see all the trash, they pickup your dish and throw it there in front of you.
So is this fast food? Or a high end asian food place? The concept is confusing.
I would come again though, just not to stay with the perspective I had.
