They are very nice and help you well. they immediately offered tea or coffee and the products they use are very good. it looks very cozy and new inside.

Het leek dan ook alsof er geen goed overzicht was van de afspraken. Ook was de behandeling uiteindelijk uitgevoerd door iemand die dit normaal niet doet. Uiteindelijk helaas een uur weggeweest voor een behandeling die een kwartier zou duren. Niet helemaal tevreden dus. The person who would treat me was sick, but despite the fact that I had received 6 reminders of the time of the treatment, I had no mention that she was sick or that the appointment should be postponed. It seemed that there was no good overview of the agreements. The treatment was also ultimately performed by someone who normally does not do this. Eventually unfortunately an hour was gone for a treatment that would last fifteen minutes. So not entirely satisfied.

De planning klopte niet en een andere klant en ik hadden op dezelfde tijd een afspraak. Uiteindelijk mocht ik eerst, maar heb ik alsnog 20 minuten moeten wachten. Zodra je eenmaal in de kappersstoel zit, is het oké en krijg je de aandacht. Nobody greets you when you come in or tells you to take a seat and wait. The schedule was wrong and another client and I had an appointment at the same time. Eventually I was first, but I still had to wait 20 minutes. Once you are in the barber chair, it's okay and you get the attention.

Jammer voor mij geen 2e x meer naar deze salon. 50 minutes before the appointment made, a call is made that the appointment cannot take place. No further flexibility possible. Too bad for me no more 2nd x to this salon.
