★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben super geholpen door meneer Wim! Samen met mijn moeder hebben we veel winkels bezocht om inspiratie en advies op te doen. In tegenstelling tot veel andere winkels werd ik hier heel vriendelijk geholpen waarbij geen vraag te gek was en tijd geen rol speelde. Al mijn vragen werden beantwoord, en er werd absoluut niet vreemd of geïrriteerd gereageerd toen ik zei dat ik nog even wilden nadenken. Uiteindelijk ben ik dezelfde dag nog terug gekomen om de aankoop af te ronden! Meneer Wim, heel erg bedankt voor uw hulp en tijd!
Mister Wim helped me a lot! Together with my mother we visited many shops to get inspiration and advice. Unlike many other shops, I was helped here very friendly where no question was too crazy and time was no factor. All my questions were answered, and there was absolutely no strange or annoyed response when I said I wanted to think for a while. In the end I came back the same day to complete the purchase! Mr Wim, thank you very much for your help and time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out the fraudulent behaviour of this shop!
I visited the store on 06/11 and requested a quotation for the Pocket HR mattress in store, got the answer that the price is 900 euros, delivery fee 100 euros. I have intended to leave, but the employee would give me a so-called "good discount",150 euros. I accepted the offer and pay 850 in total.
However, when I back home and checked on their website. I noticed it clearly mentioned on the Moon's website that the delivery is free of charge and the original price of the mattress I bought should be 850!! In short, the employee in the shop overcharged the mattress price and the delivery cost( 150 euros in total). This non-transparent and inconsistent pricing made me feel like in a bazaar somewhere in Morocco.
I gave a call to the shop ask for an explanation, the lady Jose picked up the phone and said its a typo on their website. After I listed all the evidence to prove it can't be a typo, Jose became extremely hysterical and started using racist words to call me and shout to the guy who served me yesterday to take over the phone call. The guy was not able to explain or propose a solution, he said the only thing he can do is to refund the payment.
The potential customers, I DO NOT recommend you to do any shopping in this shop, unless you would experience non-transparent and inconsistent pricing, racist employees. I cannot believe those rip-off and racist behaviours could happen simultaneously in the biggest woonmall in the Netherlands in 2021.
