Monique's welcoming and calm aura immediately set the tone for the treatment - allowing all my unsettling thoughts to be still and quiet. She lovingly receives you and attentively listens to you without judgement - offering vital advice. The massage and reiki/massage treatments I experienced were relaxing and left me feeling uplifted, back in balance, energised and revitalised, and well into the days following the treatments. I highly recommend Monique for anyone in need of balance and renewed energy.
