J'ai explicitement demandé dans ma commande qu'elle ne soit exécutée que si elle comprend tous les frais y compris les frais de douane. A la livraison j'ai dû payer 25.20 CHF additionnels pour le facteur comme "frais de douane". J'ai contacté l'entreprise et elle refuse de rembourser ces frais. Elle propose que je retourne la marchandise et elle remboursera seulement les premiers 65 et 17€, donc j'aurai payé 25.20CHF pour rien recevoir, et le tout entièrement de leur faute, ma commande étant explicite à ce sujet. I ordered a mosquito net for 65 € and paid more 17.2 € for shipping costs in Switzerland. I explicitly asked in my order that it be executed only if it includes all costs including customs fees. On delivery I had to pay an additional 25.20 CHF for the factor as "customs fees". I contacted the company and she refuses to reimburse these costs. She proposes that I return the goods and she will refund only the first 65 and 17 €, so I will have paid 25.20CHF to receive nothing, and all entirely of their fault, my order being explicit on this subject.

The Mosquito Net is actually very economical and environmentally friendly! It is a fantastic product. I even wash it in the laundry machine and afterwards immediately let it dry as it is suspended from the ceiling. I realized it doesn't even get wrinkled afterwards. I Recommend everyone who has mosquito problems to use a Mosquito Net like this.

I even had custom mosquito nets made by tailors in Congo because I like them big. I purchased a mosquito net from my double sized bed from Klamboe recently. The quality of the net is above and beyond what you will find elsewhere online. It does cost more, but like everything else: you get what you pay for!
