Linda really motivated me. She gave me the confidence to go on with my training program independently in the right way. I started to see some changes physically after only working out for a couple of weeks. That showed me that the program was helpful and that i really wanted to push foward with my personal goals. I first met Serdar and his team through personal training after my pregnancy, it was truly one of the best decisions in order to feel fit again. I always had a hard time sticking to a fitness schedule due to work and travel. This changed with Motifaith online personal training program. Having a more fluid schedule helps me maintain a balance with my work and my trainer, Mat, motivates me through the week and provides the necessary advice for exercises and diet. He is a great professional and has become more than just a trainer for me, I consider him my friend.

If you are looking for personal training, don't look further! Motifaith is the best you'll find. The whole team is welcoming and make you feel at ease from your first appointment. I started training with Serdar nearly a year ago and he's been really attentive to my goals, what I like and don't like.. He's adapted my meal plan and training to that and it's kept me motivated along my journey. I gained muscle but also lost 10kg! I still can't believe it! I feel more confident, more focused and healthier in general. I couldn't be happier! I recommend them 100%

I really like the vibe at Motifaith, everyone is welcoming, kind and always smiling. As someone who doesn’t even remotely enjoy working out, going to the gym on a regular basis has always been a struggle. Thanks to my trainer (the lovely Linda), I’ve been on a consistent training schedule for months and I even look forward to my sessions now. Linda is professional, supportive and understanding, she takes time to explain each exercise and its benefits, really builds the training routine around my needs and preferences, and always pushes me to do more and do better. I recommend working with the trainers at Motifaith; walking into the gym confident and knowing there’ll be someone there to high-five me is a great feeling!

I chose Motifaith because of their good reviews on Google and I am a very happy customer for three months now. My trainer Serdar takes much time to make sure that the program is specifically tailored to my needs and that it can be easily integrated in a busy weekly schedule. The training and nutrition plan works out very well for me and I can already see a lot of results. I also had a life coaching session with him during which he shared his insights about goal setting, which I am using now in a business context and which are really useful.
