Fantastische manier van motorrijden. Heb inmiddels 3x een motor gehuurd, het lijkt wel verslavend! De hele zomer had ik een gave BMW tot mij beschikking. 200 km per dag vrij rijden is ruim voldoende en de kosten zijn erg overzichtelijk. Ondersteuning van de mannen van Motoshare is echt heel goed: direct contact op mobiel als er iets onduidelijk was. Ook de verhuurders stelden zich erg fijn op! Het kunnen rijden op verschillende motoren is niet alleen leuk maar ook erg nuttig voor een eventuele aanschaf. Mocht ik weer een motor aanschaffen dan ga ik hem zeker bij Motoshare verhuren. Jammer dat er in Zeeland nog erg weinig motoren te huur zijn.
Fantastic way of motorcycling. Have now rented a motorcycle 3x, it seems addictive! All summer I had a cool BMW at my disposal. Driving 200 km a day is more than enough and the costs are very clear. Support from the Motoshare men is really very good: direct contact on mobile if something was unclear. The landlords were also very nice! Being able to ride on different bikes is not only fun but also very useful for a possible purchase. If I purchase a motorcycle again, I will definitely rent it out at Motoshare. It is a pity that there are still very few motorbikes for rent in Zeeland.

Mijn motoren beide nu een paar keer verhuurd gehad via Motoshare. Dit is echt heel goed bevallen! De afhandeling is elke keer weer prima in orde. Ook al een keertje schade gehad. Jammer, maar is natuurlijk een risico wat je neemt. Echt heel netjes en snel afgehandeld. De verzekering wil een schaderapport met wat foto's en binnen een paar dagen stond het geld op mijn rekening voor de reparatie. 3 dagen later de motor weer als nieuw voor de deur, super! Het kost ongeveer 2 uur tijd voor mij per verhuur. Even wat voorbereiding zoals even poetsen, aftanken en formulieren uitprinten. Dan wat uitleg over de motor bij de overdracht. Maak zelf altijd even een foto van de formulieren met het rijbewijs erbij ;-) Dan bij innemen even alles goed nalopen, formulieren tekenen en alles is weer geregeld. Na ongeveer een week krijg je het geld bijgeschreven op je rekening. Contact met Motoshare via de chat of email loopt soepel. Ik ben zeer tevreden!
My bikes have both been rented out a few times now via Motoshare. This has really pleased you! The handling is fine every time. Even had damage once. Too bad, but of course you take a risk. Really very neat and handled quickly. The insurance wants a damage report with some photos and within a few days the money was in my account for the repair. 3 days later the bike is like new again, great! It takes about 2 hours for me per rental. Just a little preparation, such as brushing, refueling and printing out forms. Then some explanation about the engine during the transfer. Always take a photo of the forms with the driver's license ;-) Then check everything carefully, draw forms and take care of everything. After about a week you will receive the money transferred to your account. Contact with Motoshare via chat or email runs smoothly. I'm very satisfied!

Afgelopen weekend mijn eerste ervaring met Motoshare. De website is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, de voorwaarden zijn voor zowel huurder als verhuurder zeer goed, en de prijs is 2/3 van de prijs van een verhuurbedrijf. Het persoonlijke contact met de verhuurder en het feit dat je op persoonlijk eigendom rijdt maken dat je niet op een afgeragde huurmotor rijdt en de keuze hebt om op je favoriete motor te rijden.
Last weekend my first experience with Motoshare. The website is very user-friendly, the conditions are very good for both tenant and landlord, and the price is 2/3 of the price of a rental company. The personal contact with the lessor and the fact that you are driving on personal property means that you do not ride a worn-out rental motorcycle and have the choice to ride your favorite motorcycle.

Ik vind Motoshare een goede mogelijkheid voor heropstappers om weer te gaan motorrijden. Zonder hoge kosten kun je uitproberen of motorrijden jouw hobby kan worden en welke motor bij jou past. De afhandeling van het leencontract via Motoshare is ook goed geregeld en de verhuurder was een zeer sympatieke man.
I think Motoshare is a good opportunity for riders to go motorcycling again. Without high costs you can try out whether motorcycling can become your hobby and which motorcycle suits you. The handling of the loan contract via Motoshare is also well organized and the landlord was a very sympathetic man.

Motoshare is great of everything goes well and you don't need to talk anyone. The moment you need them for something, you realize how bad their customer service is. Just like all the other 1 star reviews here, I got really useless replies from their so called customer service. I am being charged twice (total cost of over 700 EUR) for something and there is no one to explain what is going on. My story- I rented a motorbike for a day, brought it back, the owner spotted a small paint damage on the tank and told me I caused it. I didn't recognize how it could have happened but I wanted to cooperate with him anyway as it might have happened by accident from a metal part in my jacket. He wanted to charge me 263 EUR for the paint and 120 EUR for his own labour. I offered to pay 263 EUR for the paint if he took the labour cost, we couldn't agree. We asked for MotoShare's help. I was never contacted, no one ever heard anything from me and I was sent a bill for 418 EUR! which was including their admin cost. It was especially frustrating because I was not heard at all after several crying attempts through their really bad customer service. I thought this is not worth the anger and stress it causes me and I paid the 418 EUR and thought its an expensive lesson for me and I can be done with it. Two days later, I get a notification from my bank that MotoShare is going to take 363 EUR from my account. This can't be true, they must really be kidding me. The worst of all this is, I haven't spoken to anyone from MotoShare, not once, through this whole journey. I pleaded them to call me so I can understand what's going on but I did not receive a call back or an explanation and this is still going on. If you expect good customer care, or any customer care, MotoShare is not the place to be. Edit: They charged me again today for the same case. This is the third time. I had to laugh. What poor administration they must be having to not see they have already charged me twice for the same case.
