Walmor is een zeer betrokken en ervaren trainer die in zijn training een mooie verhouding vindt tussen ambitie en aandacht voor houding. Hij geeft actief aanwijzingen om je houding te verbeteren en is voorzichtig bij blessures en kwetsuren. Dankzij Walmor voel ik mij veel fitter. Sterk aanbevolen!
 I've been doing personal training at Walmor for three quarters of a year now. Walmor is a very committed and experienced trainer who finds a good balance between ambition and attention to attitude in his training. He actively gives directions to improve your posture and is careful with injuries and injuries. Thanks to Walmor I feel much fitter. Strongly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PT Walmor Gouvea is a very experienced sports trainer, providing different kind of fitness trainings to trained people, but also to beginners and 'occasional sporters' (like myself ;-) in order to improve health and fitness. Gives clear instructions, checks professionally whether you are doing the right thing and - is very motivating! So training with him is not only good for your body and mind, it's also fun! Can highly recommend Movement First and Walmor Gouvea!
