Zeer behulpzaam. Daar kan MP liften blij mee zijn. We are very satisfied with MP Lifts We have a good click with the fitters. They work very neatly and explain well exactly what has been fixed and how. Very helpful. MP lifts can be happy with that.
H	H K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komen door hen 6 jaar geleden geplaatste platformlift niet repareren, omdat wij geen onderhoudscontract hebben. Kunnen echter geen passend onderhoudscontract leveren voor privé lift, welke hooguit 5 x per week gebruikt wordt. The platform lift placed by them 6 years ago will not be repaired, because we do not have a maintenance contract. However, cannot provide a suitable maintenance contract for a private lift, which is used at most 5 times a week.

Maar ja een flink prijskaartje. MPliften heeft ons telkens kunnen helpen al was dat best moeilijk met zo'n oude lift installatie. Na beraad heeft MPLiften ons uitstekend geadviseerd en daar ook de tijd voor genomen. Uiteindelijk besloten om de lift te moderniseren. We zijn continu op de hoogte gehouden, elke stap werd gecommuniceerd en de monteurs waren van grote klasse. Keiharde werkers, professioneel en kundig en nog vrolijk ook. Ik als bewoner en bestuurslid, heb niets te klagen en ben erg blij met de keuze voor MPliften. We have a lift in a small app. complex. The lift is heavily outdated and defective and should have been renovated a long time ago. But yes, a hefty price tag. MPlifts have always been able to help us, although it was quite difficult with such an old elevator installation. After consideration, MPLiften gave us excellent advice and took the time to do so. Ultimately decided to modernize the elevator. We were continuously informed, every step was communicated and the technicians were of great class. Hard workers, professional and knowledgeable and cheerful too. As a resident and board member, I have nothing to complain about and I am very happy with the choice for MPlifts.

De communicatie verloopt slecht, er wordt geen planning gegeven en reparatie duurt te lang. Slechte excuses zoals onderdelen bestellen zijn blijkbaar de standaard antwoorden. Als je zaken wil doen met een lift bedrijf, kies een ander, want MP zoals meerdere mensen aangeven komt MP liften haar verantwoordelijkheden niet na. As mentioned by other people below, MP elevators are not reliable. The elevator in our apartment complex has been broken for 2 weeks now. Communication is poor, no planning is given and repairs take too long. Bad excuses like ordering parts are apparently the standard answers. If you want to do business with an elevator company, choose another one, because MP as several people indicate, MP elevators does not live up to its responsibilities.

Telkens wordt er gezegd dat het bestelde onderdeel er 'vandaag of morgen' zal zijn en dat de lift dan weer in werking gesteld wordt. Tot op heden is er echter niets gebeurd. Toezeggingen aan de telefoon over terugbellen met meer informatie worden ook niet nagekomen. Geen idee wanneer onze lift weer gemaakt zal worden. Heb inmiddels geen enkel vertrouwen meer in dit bedrijf en de medewerkers van de klantenservice. The elevator in our building has been broken for almost 2 weeks now. I've been calling about the repair for a week. It is always said that the ordered part will be there 'today or tomorrow' and that the elevator will then be put into operation again. To date, however, nothing has happened. Promises on the phone about calling back with more information are also not kept. No idea when our elevator will be repaired. Have no more confidence in this company and the employees of the customer service.

Aan alle mensen van MP Liften die dit mogelijk maken: ga zo door! We have been our regular supplier for our lifts for many years. They told us the technician is on its way. 12 hours later, the technician never showed up and when we called again, they just told us “it’s not gonna be fixed anytime soon”. Now my car is stuck in the garage and can’t get to work! Thanks MP liften!
