N	Ni Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit was mn favo plek om eten te bestellen. Maar de porties zijn opeens verkleind en het eten is duurder geworden. Voor allerlei ingrediënten moet nu bijbetaald worden. Dit werd tegelijk ingevoerd met de kleinere porties. Dus nu betaal ik 3 euro meer voor mijn pokebowl die ook nog eens kleiner is. Ja doei, dat was dus mijn laatste bestelling hier. Heel jammer! This was my favorite place to order food. But the portions have suddenly become smaller and the food has become more expensive. You now have to pay extra for all kinds of ingredients. This was introduced at the same time as the smaller portions. So now I pay 3 euros more for my pokebowl which is also smaller. Yep, that was my last order here. Very sorry!

De zalmwrap was ook geen succes, de ene helft sla de andere helft sla en een paar zalmsnippers. Well, that was once but never again. Chicken wrap is better called vega wrap, no chicken in sight. The salmon wrap was also not a success, one half lettuce, the other half lettuce and a few salmon chips.
M	Maxime Reijne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanavond hebben we besteld bij Mr. Poké. Sommige ingrediënten misten, daar hebben we geen punt van gemaakt. Maar voor 1 ding vonden we het wel nodig om te bellen: de biefstukreepjes zagen er rauw uit. Zo serveer je geen pokebowl. We hebben de bowl eerder besteld en toen zag het er normaal uit. Toen we opbelden kregen we als antwoord dat het voorgegaarde reepjes zijn en dat ze rechtstreeks in de bowl worden gelegd vanaf de leverancier en dat het dus hetzelfde zou smaken als de vorige keer. Ik was niet tevreden met dit antwoord en gaf nog even mijn vriend aan de telefoon. Toen sloeg de medewerker nogal bijdehande, onvriendelijke toon aan 'we doen dit al tien jaar zo, er staat bij dat het medium rare is'. Naar ons inziens is moet het er dan wel gebakken uit zien aan de buitenkant. Kortom, er werd niet geluisterd of gerustgesteld of tegemoetgekomen in iets. Jammer, want de eerste keer waren we wel tevreden maar nu zijn ze ons kwijt. Tonight we ordered from Mr. poke. Some ingredients were missing, we didn't make a point of that. But for one thing we thought it necessary to call: the steak strips looked raw. That's not how you serve a pokebowl. We ordered the bowl before and then it looked normal. When we called we got an answer that they are pre-cooked strips and that they are put in the bowl directly from the supplier and that it would taste the same as last time. I was not satisfied with this answer and gave my friend on the phone. Then the employee took a rather shrewd, unfriendly tone 'we've been doing this for ten years, it says it's medium rare'. In our opinion, it must look baked on the outside. In short, nothing was listened to or reassured or complied with. Too bad, because the first time we were satisfied, but now they have lost us.

C	Chelsea B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the delivery guy called me to say he was at my door, I opened the door and he wasn't there. called him back, he said he just gave the food to they guy behind the gate. there's no gate at my property, so he just gave a random dude my food. restaurant called me 15 minutes later to say they'd switched the orders, have me a 10€ coupon which is fine?? I think?? not the best experience
