★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have a great experience since the guy that was making my sushi was picking up the phone and cash money into the till with the same gloves he used to prepare the food. I kindly told that I wasn't happy about that, they offer to make a new one. In the end spent 30 min waiting for my sushi and got a new batch.

I ordered at 19:48 and got sushi at 20:00.
I had a special request and they made it for me.
Thank you for this lovely experience ❤️ cannot wait to order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered around 19:30 and the time that it should be delivered was about an hour later, which was normal. After 2 hours we had still not recieved the order and called them to hear what happend. They told us that they were currently making our order and that they were very sorry. They would call us 3 days later to compensate us for the long wating time. After another hour we had still not recieved anything and called again. Then there was a girl on the phone who told us that we will not be getting our order at all, as it was canceld.. We had not done anything at all. We were very mad at this point, and the girl promised that we would get an email so that we could get our money back (90 euro) and that the company would call us again 2 days later to compensate. Needless to say that this did not happen. Furthermore, did we not recieve our money back nor have we been contacted by the company. Ridiculous! you lost a very loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered food at 19:30 and the estimated time of delivery was around 40 minutes later. After an hour I called back and they told us that they were extremely busy and our order was being worked on. Then another hour after the first call, I called again and they said the food was on its way but the delivery guy has a lot orders so they don’t know how long it will be until he gets here. The total time it took from when I ordered to the time I write this review is 2 and a half hours and the food is still not here. At 21:53.... don’t order here.... please... for the love of god.... you can watch paint dry quicker than they deliver food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food and after 40 minutes I got an email saying it was on it’s way, took the driver another 40 minutes to arrive (by moped) despite my house being less than a 5 minute walk from the restaurant. Food was ice cold by the time it arrived and my girlfriend was very sick the next day with suspected food poisoning. Would avoid at all costs and would simply opt to go to one of the many other Sushi restaurants in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don’t think there’s a better place to eat sushi in Groningen!! Wooow!! It’s so delicious!!! Me specially love the unagi sauce, and sometimes I nicely ask if they can add some on the side for me AND THEY DO IT ❤️❤️ I really love to eat here! The crispy salmon roll is beyond this world! The Sushi Sensation Box it’s just perfect!! I highly recommend this place
