Zie ook de foto's - Diepe scheuren in het hout met een grote kans dat het hout volledig doorscheurd - Happen uit het hout met scherpe randen. - Noesten die omhoogkomen met zeer scherpe randen - Noesten die loszitten en gaten veroorzaken - Boorgaten te klein waardoor de bouten niet passen en je de gaten zelf nog moet naboren - Boorgaten niet afgebraamd - Geen handleiding meegeleverd - Uiteraard hebben zij op hun site wel mooie foto’s van hun producten zonder scheuren, loszittende noesten en happen uit het hout Ik heb bij aflevering direct de gebreken gezien en dit vermeld op de vrachtbrief. Toen ook direct de klantenservice gemaild en met de bijbehorende foto's. Daarbij heb ik ook aangegeven dat het niet verantwoord is om zo gebruik te maken van de tafel i.v.m. de scherpe delen. Gegarandeerd dat iemand hier zijn been of broek aan openhaald. Het antwoord van de klantenservice is dat ik dit zelf maar moet oplossen door het hout te schuren en dat het bedrijf met de gebreken verder ook niets mee gaat doen. En daar moet je het dan maar mee doen. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in MR products en zij nemen niet hun verantwoordelijkheid bij gebreken. Ze hadden op zijn minst de slechte delen kunnen vervangen. Ik mag de tafel wel terugbrengen maar alle rompslomp en kosten die hiermee gepaard gaan zijn dan voor mijzelf. Het bedrijf zit ook niet bij mij in de omgeving en ik heb geen auto met trekhaak of aanhanger. Very poor quality picnic table and poor customer service / aftersales Hereby a summary of the defects. Then immediately emailed the customer service and with the accompanying photos. I also indicated that it is not justified to use the i.v.m table in this way. the sharp parts. Guaranteed that someone pulls in his leg or pants. The answer from customer service is that I have to solve this myself by sanding the wood and that the company will not do anything with the defects. And you just have to deal with that. I am very disappointed with MR products and they do not take their responsibility in the event of defects. At least they could have replaced the bad parts. I may return the table but all the hassle and costs that come with it are for me. The company is also not in my area and I do not have a car with a towbar or trailer.

Hoewel het wat "achteraf" overkomt, ook door de locatie, ontzettend blij met aankoop. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en ook meteen bestelling ophalen bij magazijn achter de winkel Was hesitant because of some bad reviews, but upon arrival in Veenendaal it turned out to be a neat shop with beautiful wooden furniture. Vriendelijk personeel en wat ik prettig vind, is dat men bezorgd met eigen vervoerders, zodat je dus weet dat je producten niet met een lompe vervoerder als DHL o.i.d. wordt geleverd.
