Alles is bespreekbaar binnen de organisatie en vaak is dan ook veel mogelijk. Er wordt bij MT Engineering niet in problemen gedacht, maar in oplossingen. Input vanuit de medewerkers wordt gewaardeerd en ook verwacht, wat zorgt voor betrokkenheid vanuit de werkvloer. Vanuit MT Engineering krijg je veel vrijheid en vertrouwen in je manier van werken. Als laatste te benoemen is de balans tussen werk en privé, dit is erg belangrijk en hier wordt dan ook goed op gelet. Een van de belangrijkste dingen voor de werkgever is dat je met plezier naar het werk blijft gaan en hier draagt de humor op de werkvloer dan ook zeker bij! Al met al een fantastische werkgever!
Working at MT Engineering is great. The corporate culture is transparent, open and honest, but above all personal. Everything can be discussed within the organization and often much is possible. MT Engineering does not think in problems, but in solutions. Input from the employees is appreciated and also expected, which ensures involvement from the workplace. MT Engineering gives you a lot of freedom and confidence in your way of working. Finally, the balance between work and private life is important, and this is very important. One of the most important things for the employer is that you continue to enjoy going to work and this is where humor in the workplace certainly contributes! All in all a fantastic employer!

I have been working for m t engineering for a year now. Super to my liking you are treated well you are not a number at all. They handle your wishes well and treat you with respect. I would recommend it to everyone.
