Bij de 2e mail kwam er wel een reactie dat de mail naar een adviseur was gestuurd, maar daarna bleef het stil. Nog een rapél gestuurd, waarbij mijn ongenoegen wel duidelijk waren. Zelfs dan blijft een reactie uit. Dat het met de huidge situatie het wat langer kan duren snap ik volledig, maar na een maand verder te zijn zonder enige reactie vraag ik mij af of ze je wel als klant willen hebben. Ook hedendaags is 'We hebben het te druk' ook een antwoord, maar ook dat kan er niet eens vanaf. Unfortunately they do not seem to be able to respond to an email, have sent an email twice. H	H. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas is de consument de klos nu bouwbedrijven in een luxe situatie zitten en het planbord helemaal vol is. Zo ook bij Mulder kozijnen, die wel nog redelijk snel ter plaatsen waren om de kozijnen en wensen met mij te bespreken en twee weken later met een offerte zouden komen. Je raad het al, twee weken later geen offerte. 06 nummer van de medewerker die ter plekke was niet bereikbaar. Na drie weken dan maar het zakelijke nummer gebeld, nu wel gehoor, maar te horen gekregen dat een offerte wel even kan duren, het is druk. Inmiddels zijn we minstens 8 weken verder, geen offerte. Die zal ook wel niet komen. Jammer, zeker ook kijkend naar de lange termijn, want hier meld ik me zeker niet meer en dat terwijl Mulder kozijnen heeft gezien dat er potentieel is aan onze woning. Treurig. Unfortunately, now that construction companies are in a luxurious situation and the planning board is completely full, the consumer is out of the loop. H	H VK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine maar wel overzichtelijke showroom. Netjes ontvangen en duidelijke offerte. Het plaatsen zelf ging ok en de kozijnen zijn netjes geplaatst, hoewel we bij één kozijn iets minder tevreden zijn i.v.m. de vreemde afwerklatjes. Het Velux dakraam daarentegen is niet netjes geplaatst. In plaats van tussen hele dakpannen te plaatsen (wat de maat van het raam toelaat) zijn aan beide kanten de pannen een stuk afgezaagd. In eerste instantie was alles afgekit met grote dotten kit wat later hersteld is. Maar het ziet er nog steeds niet uit een sommige pannen staan meer omhoog dan het hoort. Afwachten wat er met de komende herfststormen gaat gebeuren. Bij de kozijnen zelf moest er één greep vervangen worden, wat de volgende week zou gebeuren. Het heeft echter weken geduurd en daar zit nou precies het grote probleem. De aftersales is gewoon slecht. Geen reactie op mails en terugbel beloften worden niet nagekomen. Zou dit beter zijn dan is een extra ster een optie. Kortom, voor kozijnen een prima partner maar laat je Velux dakraam door een ander plaatsen. Small but well-arranged showroom. Neatly received and clear offer. The installation itself went well and the frames are neatly placed, although we are a little less satisfied with one frame because of. the strange finishing touches. The Velux skylight, on the other hand, is not neatly placed. Instead of placing them between whole roof tiles (which the size of the window allows), the tiles have been sawn off on both sides. Initially, everything was sealed with large dots of sealant, which was later repaired. But it still doesn't look like some pans are raised more than they should. Wait and see what will happen to the coming autumn storms. On the frames themselves, one handle had to be replaced, which was to be done the following week. However, it took weeks and that's exactly where the big problem lies. The after sales service is just bad. No response to emails and callback promises are not kept. Would this be better then an extra star is an option. In short, a great partner for frames, but let someone else install your Velux skylight.

Wij waren ontzettend tevreden hierover dus belden wij hun weer voor kunststofkozijnen incl. rolluiken voor de bovenverdieping. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd dor Dave in de showroom. Goede uitleg met voorbeelden bij de hand. De offerte was duidelijk. En na maanden wachten stonden Ricardo en Marco voor de deur en wederom werden wij niet teleurgesteld, zij hadden plezier in hun werk en de klik was er meteen. Zij dachten mee en stonden voor elke vraag open. Alles is goed uitgevoerd en schoongemaakt nadien. Het materiaal en resultaat is prachtig! Op naar de volgende klus volgend jaar! In 2006 we had an extension placed by Mulder. We were very satisfied with this, so we called them again for plastic frames including shutters for the upper floor. We were warmly welcomed by Dave in the showroom. Good explanation with examples at hand. The offer was clear. And after months of waiting, Ricardo and Marco were at the door and again we were not disappointed, they enjoyed their work and the click was immediately there. They thought along and were open to any question. Everything is well done and cleaned afterwards. The material and result is beautiful! On to the next job next year!
D	Danny Nauta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goede ervaring met Mulder, deze week 3 etages laten vervangen van houten kozijnen die echt helemaal op waren en wilde naar duurzaam (kunststof) ,kortom vergunning geregeld, super contact met Brian van de Sales gehad, ivm vergunning, grondstoffen en drukte waren we deze week aan de beurt. Kanjers Jeffrey, Josh en Ashwin begonnen afgelopen maandag met een windkracht 9 met de zolder en vandaag de finish met pui aan tuinzijde Wat een vakmensen , betrokkenheid en meedenken! Dikke duim voor Mulder en zijn mensen!
