★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50 % van de monteurs zijn niet vakbekwaam, ik heb meegemaakt dat er een monteur op vrijdagmiddag kwam, die had helaas het juiste gereedschap niet bij zich, en kon dus niks meer uitrichten, had er ook duidelijk geen zin meer in, maandagmorgen storing wel opgelost.
Laat je niet strikken met een contract, als je eenmaal getekend hebt komt er van al die goede beloftes weinig terecht. De vertegenwoordiger neemt de telefoon niet op, belt niet terug en wil geen inhoudelijk gesprek met je voeren. Klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken.

Do not be tied down with a contract, once you have signed, all those good promises will not end. The representative does not answer the phone, does not call back and does not want to have a substantive conversation with you. Customer-friendliness is hard to find.
