★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had fatsoenlijke wandelschoenen nodig. Dus ben ik even bij Mulders binnen gelopen. Nou ja “even” het was er op dat moment best “gezond” druk. Vòòr ik aan de beurt was kreeg ik het advies van een andere klant om òòk fatsoenlijke wandelsokken er bij te kopen. De verkoopster beaamde dit en zij adviseerde mij dit òòk. Ik was eigenlijk meteen verliefd op een bepaald soort lage wandelschoenen. Ze waren waterdicht en qua kleur mijn smaak. Even de maat goed op laten meten van mijn voeten, schoenen passen en een proefrondje door de zaak waar een echt ruw pad is aangelegd om in de sfeer te komen. De verkoopster adviseerde mij om de sokken nog even in een sopje te soppen vòòr gebruik en avonds even de schoenen in te lopen. Want de dag erna had ik ze al nodig. Prima geholpen door een charmante vrouw met zwarte krulletjes. Top !
I needed decent walking shoes. So I just walked into Mulders's. Well, “for a while” it was quite “healthy” busy at that time. Before it was my turn, another customer advised me to buy some decent hiking socks. The saleswoman agreed and she advised me to do so. I was actually immediately in love with a certain kind of low walking shoes. They were waterproof and my taste in color. Just have the size of my feet measured properly, try on shoes and a test round through the store where a really rough path has been laid to get into the atmosphere. The saleswoman advised me to soak the socks in soapy water before use and to walk in the shoes in the evening. Because the next day I already needed them. Excellent help from a charming woman with black curls. Great!

Clever touches like having different weights for testing backpacks. If you can't park outside, there's a spacious carpark just over the road.
