Afgelopen zomer heb ik 4 vloeren van Multiprofiel geplaatst, steeds in rechthoekig of vierkante loodsen. Eenvoudig zou je zeggen.
De gedeeltelijke instructie maakte het werk behoorlijk moeilijk: vooral de eerste vloer kostte enorm veel tijd en moeite.
Van de vier geplaatste vloeren waren er twee met aanzienlijke problemen. De werkvoorbereider van Multiprofiel snapte kennelijk niet dat een trap niet alleen een trapgat, maar ook een uitloop met treden heeft. Voor die treden was helaas geen plaats meer in het ontwerp. En ik had wel vooraf gemeld wat voor trap ik wilde plaatsen, maar niet gezien op de tekening dat die ene paal en die andere ligger behoorlijk in de weg zaten.
Bij een andere loods paste de vloer niet naast de roldeur. Het zal toch niet de eerste verdiepingsvloer zijn bij een roldeur?
Service achteraf valt tegen. Het product zelf is behoorlijk stevig, misschien overdreven zwaar. Uiteindelijk zit de vloer erin en voldoet de loods aan de verwachtingen. En ik stoot mijn hoofd net niet als ik de trap op loop.
Poor business, poor service.
Last summer I installed 4 Multiprofiel floors, always in rectangular or square sheds. Simple you would say.
The partial instruction made the job quite difficult: the first floor in particular took an enormous amount of time and effort.
Of the four floors installed, two were with significant problems. The work planner of Multiprofiel apparently did not understand that a staircase not only has a stairwell, but also an exit with steps. Unfortunately, there was no room for those steps in the design. And I had stated in advance what kind of staircase I wanted to install, but I did not see in the drawing that one post and the other beam were in the way.
In another warehouse, the floor did not fit next to the roller door. Surely it will not be the first floor with a roller door?
Service afterwards is disappointing. The product itself is quite sturdy, maybe overly heavy. Ultimately, the floor is in place and the shed meets expectations. And I just don't hit my head when I walk up the stairs.
