Multivloer is 6 maal terug geweest om het te herstellen. 16 maand contact gehad over deze problemen. Nu binnen een half jaar. Plinten los van de muur. Lijm verkleurd. Jammer. Good advice about the laminate. Too brief about the skirting boards and therefore many problems Both the alu. Strip and mdf baseboards. Multivloer has been back 6 times to restore it. 16 months of contact about these problems. Now within half a year. Skirting separate from the wall. Glue discolored. Unfortunately.

Dit alvorens de inmeting plaats vind. En als je dan aangeeft dat je overleggen wilt met je man word je erin geluisd . Dan word door velema gevraagd wat vind je mooi en als je een antwoord dan is dat volgens hem een order. Ook al geef je aan overleg te willen met je man. Ook luisteren ze niet wat je zegt. Meerdere oplossingen aangedragen maar daar word niet op ingegaan ,willen alleen maar factureren. Zeggen dat de website vrijblijvend beschikbaar is en neerbuigend commentaar leveren op het product waar je advies over vraagt. Hadden (Als er niet een duidelijke oplossing voor ons probleem zou zijn) daar nieuwe plinten voor de vloer gekocht/besteld. Beduusd en verontwaardigd vertrokken, overslaan zou ik kunnen zeggen. Dit bedrijf is helaas een duidelijke uitzondering. Willen bij eerste adviesgesprek meteen een handtekening. Deze handtekening werd in ons geval als dwangmiddel gebruikt om alsnog zaken te moeten afnemen, terwijl na het inmeten was gebleken dat het product toch niet passend is. Er wordt dan niet naar een oplossing gezocht of tijd gegund, maar er wordt, net als bij het adviesgesprek, sterk aangedrongen het product alsnog af te nemen. Onze tip voor consumenten alswel dit bedrijf is: Bouw eerst een vertouwensband op alvorens u met iemand verder gaat. Mijd dus dit bedrijf! M	Mi Dek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kijk uit als je hier een pvc vloer besteld en laat egaliseren. je bent je geld kwijt en blijft met een gegolfde vloer achter die niet vlak is . En ze proberen het met een beetje knip en plak werk op te lossen maar het resultaat wordt alleen maar erger je krijgt kieren tussen de pvc vloerdelen en lijm en kit vlekken en als je begint over de garantie daar doen ze niks op dus uiteindelijk ben je een hoop geld kwijt en blijf je achter met een lelijke onvlakke vloer. want egaliseren kunnen ze niet. Watch out if you order a PVC floor here and let it equalize. you have lost your money and are left with a corrugated floor that is not flat.
