They charge the money and never send order confirmation, or any email confirmation. They also never send ordered products. Money is lost! No contact details seem to work, no answers to emails, listed phonenumber is not working.
Das Geld im Bestellvorgang überwiesen. Nie eine email Bestätigung oder irgendwas bekommen, und auch keine Ware erhalten! GELD IST WEG. Unter Kontaktmoglichkeiten auf der Webseite niemand zu erreichen, bzw keine Antwort erhalten.

The money transferred in the order process. Never received an email confirmation or anything, and never received any goods! MONEY IS GONE. Nobody can be reached under contact options on the website or no answer received.

Ho ordinato uno stetoscopio più di un mese fa (primi giorni di Novembre) ed ancora non è arrivato. Generalmente preferisco comprare da aziende piccole per evitare Amazon (e compagnia) ma in questo caso l’attesa mi sembra alquanto eccessiva.
Se fossi partito a piedi dall’Italia sarei già arrivato in Olanda. Arriverà per Natale? Non lo so, spero che Babbo Natale sia più veloce..
Il servizio utenti funziona ed ho avuto risposte gentili ma imprecise, il problema quasi sicuramente non è dell’azienda che produce ma di coloro che trasportano il prodotto, quindi consiglio di cambiare i trasportatori
I do not recommend buying from Italy.
I ordered a stethoscope over a month ago (early November) and it hasn't arrived yet. I generally prefer to buy from small companies to avoid Amazon (and company) but in this case the wait seems somewhat excessive.
If I had left Italy on foot, I would have already arrived in Holland. Will it arrive for Christmas? I don't know, I hope Santa is faster ..
The user service works and I have received kind but inaccurate answers, the problem is almost certainly not with the company that produces but with those who transport the product, so I recommend changing the carriers
