Binnen 10 minuten kreeg ik een behulpzame reactie van Herman en er werd doeltreffend meegedacht. Naast de goede service, zijn de documenten hoogwaardig uitgeprint en ingebonden. Nogmaals bedankt voor de service en ik weet jullie zeker weer te vinden voor de volgende keer! Tuesday I made a request by mail to print a number of files at Multicopy in Arnhem. Regelmatig als mijn collega op maandag om 8.00 de post wil halen, is er niemand. Afgelopen maandag spande de kroon, 5 mensen stonden te wachten en na 15 minuten zijn ze allen onverricht ter zake vertrokken. Part of the PO Box agreement is that Multicopy is open from 8:00 am. No one is there regularly when my colleague wants to pick up the mail on Monday at 08:00. Last Monday, the crown was tight, 5 people were waiting and after 15 minutes they all left unaccomplished.
