Great fitness school. It's a shame that a trial lesson immediately costs money, so I ended up at another gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness, zwemmen, squash en tennis. Niet goedkoop, maar daar krijg je dan wel alles voor. Mooie apparatuur en netjes onderhouden. Vriendelijk en kundig personeel.
Fitness, swimming, squash and tennis. Not cheap, but you get everything for that. Nice equipment and well maintained. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik deel de mening van velen hieronder dat de communicatie bar slecht is. Klantvriendelijk zijn ze alleen bij inschrijven en daarna mag je het uitzoeken. Uitschrijven is helemaal drama want als je zelf niet oplet blijven ze van je rekening incasseren, zelfs als je je abonnement al lang gestopt is. Ook het contacten liep zo ontzettend moeizaam en afspraken nakomen schijnen ze ook moeilijk te vinden. Het enige waar het bij Arendse om draait is zakken vullen!!
Over de trainers verder niks verkeerds te zeggen, die werken hard en waarschijnlijk voor weinig.
I share the opinion of many below that the communication is bad. They are only customer-friendly when registering and after that you can find out. Unsubscribing is all the drama because if you don't pay attention, they will continue to be collected from your account, even if your subscription has been canceled for a long time. Contacts were also very difficult and they seem to find it difficult to keep appointments. The only thing Arendse is all about is filling bags !!
Nothing wrong to say about the trainers, they work hard and probably for little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt een heerlijke sportclub waar je kunt zwemmen en sporten! Ze hebben zelfs verschillende groepen waar je aan deel kunt nemen. Het is het proberen echt waard!
Really a wonderful sports club where you can swim and exercise! They even have different groups that you can join. It is really worth a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -1 ster. Wat een onvriendelijke service. Bij inschrijven alles vriendelijk, goede trainers en leuke zwembadlessen. Vervolgens na een aantal maanden door tijdsgebrek telefonisch mijn abonnement bevroren. Dit was mogelijk, ik zou contact opnemen wanneer het weer aangezet kon worden. Ze hebben het vanzelf zonder overleg weer aangezet en geincaseerd. Dit was met mij niet gecommuniceerd. Zelfs na de manager gesproken te hebben ,krijg ik geen geloof of ook maar een tegemoetkoming. Heb meteen mijn abonnement helemaal opgezegd!
-1 star. What an unfriendly service. At registration everything friendly, good trainers and fun pool lessons. Then after a few months my subscription was frozen by telephone due to lack of time. This was possible, I would be in touch when it could be turned back on. They turned it on again without consultation and collected it. This was not communicated to me. Even after speaking to the manager, I get no faith or any compensation. Immediately canceled my subscription completely!
