★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn vriend had 2 weken geleden een afspraak gemaakt voor een apk keuring en aangegeven dat er een leen auto nodig was. Nu konden we de auto smorgens al brengen ik plaats van smiddag's omdat ik vrij ben, dus mijn vriend belde of we auto smorgens al konde brengen. Hij kon de afspraak niet echt vinden en toen vroeg mijn vriend of er wel een leen auto beschikbaar was die was er ook niet. Ik heb zoiezo auto nodig voor me werk morgen dus daar een apk doen ging hem niet worden. Dus nu hebben wij groot probleem omdat we 14 dagen met verlopen apk rond rijden. We hadden misschien eerder een afspraak kunnen maken maar ik had niet door dt mijn apk verlopen was tot mijn vader dat zei.
My friend had made an appointment 2 weeks ago for an MOT and indicated that a loan car was needed. Now we could bring the car in the morning instead of in the afternoon because I am free, so my friend called to see if we could bring the car in the morning. He could not really find the appointment and then my friend asked if there was a loan car available that was not there either. I need such a car for my work tomorrow so doing an MOT there was not going to be him. So now we have a big problem because we drive around for 14 days with expired MOT. We might have made an appointment earlier, but I did not know that my MOT had expired until my father said so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkoper brutaal, niet klantgericht en niet professioneel. Hard op de man én op de inhoud. Bijna vier uur reistijd (retour) en teleurgesteld weer naar huis.
Achteraf geluk bij een ongeluk aangezien ik bij een ander een veel betere auto (zelfde type) heb kunnen vinden voor dezelfde prijs waarbij service en klantvriendelijkheid wel hoog in het vaandel stond.
Seller rude, not customer focused and not professional. Hard on the man and the content. Almost four hours travel time (return) and disappointed back home.
In retrospect, luck in an accident as I was able to find a much better car (same type) at another person for the same price, where service and customer-friendliness were of paramount importance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier 2 maand geleden een auto gekocht. In eerste instantie was de verkoper in kwestie heel flexibel en coulant. Nadat vervolgens de koop was gesloten werd mij op het hart gedrukt dat mocht er iets zijn in de toekomst dat dit altijd netjes zou worden opgelost.
Nog geen 2 maand later blijken de verstuivers los in de kop te rammelen en de nokkenas versleten. Na hem de info en de foto’s doorgestuurd te hebben kwam er na een paar dagen ‘bedenk’ tijd een reactie.
Hij vond het allemaal wel meevallen, en hij had wel een adresje waar ik de auto heen kon brengen, maar geen oplossing vanuit Multimerk.
Schandalig.
Ik heb niet voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rang willen zitten, en heb genoeg betaald voor de auto(misschien achteraf zelfs wel teveel!) in de verwachting dat ik geen troep kocht. Maar helaas.
Bought a car here 2 months ago. Initially, the seller in question was very flexible and lenient. After the sale was concluded, I was impressed that if there was something in the future that this would always be solved neatly.
Less than 2 months later, the injectors seem to rattle loose in the head and the camshaft is worn. After forwarding the information and the photos to him, there was a response after a few days of 'thinking' time.
He thought it was not that bad, and he did have an address where I could bring the car, but no solution from Multibrand.
Scandalous.
I didn't want to sit on the front row for a dime, and paid enough for the car (perhaps even too much afterwards!) expecting that I wouldn't buy any junk. But unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airco should be filled, but as it was leak they couldn't fill it up and i did not have to pay anything. Had to go back to another place because the car was still in warranty. Good service though.
