Er ontbrak helaas 1 zaagje, een mail gestuurd, snelle reactie en het zaagje is nagestuurd. Fouten maken is menselijk, het netjes oplossen lang niet altijd! Vijf sterren. Ordered some parts for a multi-tool. Neatly packaged and delivered quickly! Unfortunately 1 saw was missing, an email was sent, quick response and the saw was sent afterwards. Making mistakes is human, but not always solving them properly! Five stars.

Doe jezelf een plezier en rijd door naar de Praxis of Gamma. Daar zijn ze in ieder geval beleefd, betere prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en krijg je geen dreigementen naar je hoofd Rude and lousy staff! Make assumptions based on feelings and also threaten if you do not agree with him. Do yourself a favor and drive on to the Praxis or Gamma. In any case, they are polite there, better price / quality ratio and you don't get threats at your head

Na contact te hebben gehad, bleek dat ik de bijhorende adapter was vergeten, erbij te bestellen. De volgende dag is de adapter kosteloos bezorgd. Top bedrijf. Top service! Had ordered saws that after (fast) delivery, did not fit on my device. After having had contact, it turned out that I had forgotten the corresponding adapter, to order it. The adapter is delivered free of charge the next day. Top company.

Their English is perfect and their staff very friendly, helpful and fun to deal with. I placed my order and received it in 6 days. It was reasonably charged and arrived well packed. I have no qualms on recommending this company to anyone outside of Holland and expect you will be as satisfied with them as I was. By the way,all the items fitted my multi-tool so they know what they are talking about. I wish them all the best for the future.

The following morning I had confirmation that it would be 3 - 4 working days. I additionally was not told that the goods were coming from outside the UK. Goods come in faster from China ! With difficulty I found a link to make a complaint. The tone of the response was disgraceful and horrible so I demanded the cancellation of my order and an immediate refund. Stay away unless you have lots of time on your hands.
