★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a room in a house owned by Mulvesta services in 2018 and it is little to say that we (me and the other tenants at that time) got treated in the most unprofessional, rigid and violent way. The walls were thin and fragile, the shower would break more or less every two month, as well as the internet socket. Each time we got someone to fix it, they would tell us how the poorly done renovations were the cause of all these accidents. Each time we would contact the owner of flat (the director and owner of Mulvesta services), we would get a cold and un-polite answer after generally a week of waiting. When we complained about the fragility of our home, the answer was 'if you think the house is too cheap for you you can find yourself another home'. And of course when we asked for rent reduction after having months filled with 5 days of no shower and no internet, the answer was a strict no. We also got threats of 'kicking us out' and 'putting our stuff on the sidewalk' among other things. Again, when we asked if we could renew the contract, the owner (again, the same owner as Mulvesta services) told us for month that we could get the contract renewed. In the end, he just informed us that we could no longer live in this place because 'the law changed' (which was a lie) and ended up renting the flat to the same amount of people as we were. When the new tenants arrived to the house, he did not even checked the state of the flat but just rented it to them the same day we moved out of it. Overall, the final result of dealing with Mulvesta and more precisely with the owner of this company was to live with tremendous anxiety in a precarious flat for which we would pay an outstanding amount of rent.
