★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch heel slecht bereikbaar, soms bel ik 4 keer achter elkaar waarbij ik alle 4 keer minimaal 10 minuten in de wachtrij sta, waarna de telefoon vervolgens uit het niets op wordt gehangen zonder ook maar iemand aan de lijn te hebben gehad. Ik heb zelfs 2 keer meegemaakt dat een medewerker midden in het gesprek ophing (zonder reden).
 Very difficult to reach by phone, sometimes I call 4 times in a row, all 4 times being in the queue for at least 10 minutes, after which the phone is then hung up out of nowhere without having had anyone on the line. I even had 2 times an employee hanging up in the middle of the conversation (for no reason).

Security talks condescendingly and impatiently. Do not keep 1,5 meters away and are aggressive.

Appointment was not well used, but resolved well. The employee took the time to explain everything well. So great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have good experience. When i entered there, lady immediately welcomed me and directed me exactly where i needed. I had appointment, so everything was easy and fast done. Staff was really helpfull and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, organised and fast. In Corona time I really do not like that you need reservations for everything but in this case is handy.
You have public parking just 5 min from this place, wheelchair accessible and usually they have free spot. If you are coming with bikes, you have next to big parking fir cars, as well one of parkings for bikes, e-bike, scooters and etc. That is free of charge, but for car is pretty pricey.
In side of Municipality they are nice, but aways check twice if you need to deliver some documents. People who are working are nice but sloppy. Few times they did not put things in sistem, so I needed to come back again. Just check twice.
In general it is very well organised place.
