★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige natuur met veel vogels en mooie paadjes. Nu had ik wel geluk dat het en zonnig en mistig was, maar ik ga hier vaker komen!
 Great nature with many birds and beautiful paths. Now I was lucky that it was sunny and foggy, but I will come here more often!

Ik ben in Montfort opgegroeid en wist als kind niet dat er aan het einde van de 2e wereldoorlog hevige gevechten hebben plaatsgevonden in de bossen tussen Montfort /Sint-odillenberg/Posterholt..
Ik kijk er nu zo'n 40 jaar later anders naar dan toen ik nog een kind was.
A very nice place.
I grew up in Montfort and as a child did not know that at the end of the 2nd World War there were heavy fighting in the woods between Montfort / Sint-Odillienberg / Posterholt ..
About 40 years later I look at it differently than when I was a kid.
