Geen geef machtiging tot incasso, ze kunnen hun eigen fouten niet herstellen. bij verlenging museumkaart wordt niet gekeken naar notities die nota bene zijn gemaakt door eigen collega, noch naar notities op het aanmeldformulier. Noch wordt er zelf nagedacht... een museumjaarkaart die geldig is tot november hoeft natuurlijk niet al in maart verlengd te worden. belachelijk. en vervolgens mag de klant zelf alle puinhopen opruimen. schande.
