★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas slechte ervaring met deze winkel en het personeel. 2 weken geleden nieuwe schoenen gekocht leuke laarsjes, niks geks mee gedaan. Zool is kapot hak is kapot, na mijn idee een misdruk geweest want zoiets heb ik nooit. Ik ben terug gegaan naar deze winkel.. Sorry mevrouw deze nemen we niet retour. Hoezo niet? Daarom niet was t antwoord. ( omdat ze idd kapot waren ) als ik schoenen had gehad die goed waren en mooi had ik ze terug mogen brengen. Maar omdat ze kapot zijn het hele punt waarvoor ik terug kwam willen ze hem niet retour nemen..
Unfortunately bad experience with this store and the staff. 2 weeks ago bought new shoes nice boots, nothing crazy with it. Sole is broken heel is broken, after my idea it was a misprint because I never have anything like that. I went back to this store .. Sorry madam we will not take this back. Why not? That's why it wasn't the answer. (because they were broken idd) if I had had shoes that were good and beautiful I could have brought them back. But because they are broken the whole point for which I came back they do not want to take it back ..
