Ik heb een broek gekocht in oktober. In december wilde ik deze broek aan doen, ik had hem bijna niet gedragen. Zat er een gat in bij de gulp. Duidelijk een fabrieksfout, niet bij de naad. Ik heb gebeld, maar de lockdown was net ingegaan en er was niemand bereikbaar. Vervolgens heb ik een mail gestuurd met foto's. Hierop kreeg ik geen reactie. Vandaag ben in terug gegaan naar de winkel. Ik had een afschrijvingsbewijs van mijn bankrekening waarop te zien was wanneer deze broek was gekocht. De verkoper wilde de originele aankoopbon. Aangegeven dat ik niet van al mijn kleding de bonnen kan bewaren en dat het afschrift wettelijk bewijs is. De verkoper zei dat hij alleen iets voor ons kon doen met de originele bon. Waardeloze instelling. Hij had de broek in ieder geval kunnen aannemen en terug kunnen zoeken in hun administratie. Hij was niet van plan om me eniger wijs tegemoet te komen. We hebben de broek achter gelaten en zijn niet van plan om daar nog ooit een aankoop te doen.

I bought pants in October. In December I wanted to put on these pants, I had hardly worn them. There was a hole in the fly. Clearly a manufacturing defect, not at the seam. I called, but the lockdown had just started and no one was available. Then I sent an email with pictures. I got no response to this. Today I went back to the store. I had a receipt from my bank account showing when these pants were purchased. The seller wanted the original receipt. Indicated that I cannot keep receipts for all my clothes and that the copy is legal proof. The seller said he could only do something for us with the original receipt. Worthless attitude. In any case, he could have taken the pants and searched their records. He had no intention of meeting me in any way. We left the pants behind and have no intention of ever purchasing there again.
