β β β β β Slechte en onvriendelijke klantenservice. Ze zijn absoluut niet bereid om onderdelen die snel kapot gaan (tegen betaling zelfs) te leveren. Ook zijn ze
super onvriendelijk over de telefoon. Voor ons een reden om Mutsy niet meer aan te schaffen en niet aan te bevelen.
 Poor and unfriendly customer service. They are absolutely not prepared to supply parts that break quickly (even for a fee). They are also
super unfriendly over the phone. A reason for us to stop buying and not recommend Mutsy.

β β β β β Zeer ontevreden. Piepklein onderdeel v 3 CM op 1 cm kapot en mutsy weigert het op te sturen naar ons zodat we het er zelf kunnen op steken. Alternatief dat ze geven 40 EUR en 4 weken buggy kwijt. Te gek voor woorden. Zwaar ontgoocheld in dit merk. Mutsy, zoek een oplossing voor ons die wel redelijk is. Dit is echt anti reclame.
Very dissatisfied. Tiny part v 3 CM broken by 1 cm and Mutsy refuses to send it to us so we can put it on ourselves. Alternatively they give 40 EUR and 4 weeks buggy. Ridiculous. Very disappointed in this brand. Mutsy, find a solution for us that is reasonable. This is really anti-advertising.

β β β β β Van onze Mutsy Transit wagen (aanschaf 600eu) lag het ondertsel na 2.5 jaar bijna in tweeen door scheuren bij het buig/klap mechanisme. Ik vind dat een duidelijke productiefout. Ter reparatie opgestuurd, handling kosten betaald maar volgens Mutsy niet te repareren. Antwoord: u kunt een nieuw onderstel kopen! Nu maar hopen dat dat wel langer dan 2.5 jaar meegaat want een nieuwe wagen betekent nog meer onkosten. Heel erg slecht dit. Ik koop nooit meer iets van Mutsy. Van de Baby dump waar deze wagen is gekocht kregen wij gelukkig wel een wagen te leen. Kudos daarvoor. (Anders hadden wij weken lang zonder wagen gezeten met een pasgeboren baby!)
From our Mutsy Transit car (purchase of 600eu), the slab was shattered by the bending / folding mechanism after 2.5 years almost in two. I think that is a clear production error. Sent in for repair, handling costs paid but according to Mutsy not to repair. Answer: you can buy a new chassis! Let's hope that it will last longer than 2.5 years because a new car means even more expenses. Very bad this. I never buy anything from Mutsy again. From the Baby dump where this car was purchased we fortunately got a car to borrow. Kudos for that. (Otherwise we would have been without a car for weeks with a newborn baby!)

Ik moest een foto sturen per mail en ze hebben dit heel snel en heel netjes afgehandeld.
Dik tevreden!!
Just got a call about a rain damage to the hood of my Mutsy Evo.
I had to send a photo by mail and they handled this very quickly and very neatly.
Very satisfied!!

β β β β β Mijn Mutsy Transit kap van de buggy was helaas kapot. Dit werd direct opgepakt door de klantenservice. Na mijn verhaal te hebben gedaan werd ik heel snel beantwoord en dit werd direct voor mij opgelost vandaag 2 dagen na contact een nieuwe kap ontvangen. Ik geef Mutsy een dikke 10 voor de ontzettend goede en vriendelijke service. Ontzettend bedankt ik ben zo blij hiermee!
My Mutsy Transit buggy hood was unfortunately broken. This was immediately addressed by customer service. After telling my story I was answered very quickly and this was immediately resolved for me today 2 days after contact received a new hood. I give Mutsy a big 10 for the very good and friendly service. Thank you very much I am so happy with this!

β β β β β I do not recommend anyone to buy strollers of this brand. When I saw mutsy icon for the first time, I felt in love and I knew we will get this stroller for our baby. Once we started using it, a terrible sound was coming from the wheels. After one month the frame of the stroller broke, so we couldnβt unfold it anymore. We called to stroller reparation center, they told they can not repair it because mutsy does not sell spare parts to repair it... So we had to drive 200km to the store where we bought it. Happily, they replaced the frame. But the sound from wheels was still going even with the new frame. But we are trying not to pay attention even it is not how it supposed to be. Farther, on the golden parts of the handle color disappeared, now it looks like we were using it for ages. In my opinion, this stroller is overpriced. Quality does not match the price. Not gonna recommend it to my friends. There are much better strollers, unfortunately I didnβt know it before...
