I happened to came across the shop and felt attracted by a beautiful uke (they carry some too), which eventually bought. I couldn't be happier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great selection of guitars but a poor experience overall. As a guest to this city I was very excited to check out this shop. The man working the front desk neither welcomed me to the shop nor did he seem happy to have a customer on the premises. I asked to try a medium-sized thumb pick, to which I was told that even after one use the pick would be worn out and therefore I must buy it. I asked to play a guitar I’ve had my eye on for quite some time and was quietly handed the guitar and left alone with it. No information on the brand, no conversation to be had, just a very solemn vibe. I left after a short period and was not spoken to again during my stay, not even a goodbye. The store delivers on quality guitars, but very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable owners! I had my guitar fixed here in no time. I wouldn't have be able to do it on my own since you need to know some tricks. They have a great assortment of guitars and accessories and I will definitely buy my next guitar here. Highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a beautiful Eastman mandolin in this store recently. Sounded and played amazing. I told the in-store luthier that I wanted to put lighter strings on it. "Then we have to set it up for that!" Two hours later the mandolin was ready with new strings and a complete setup at no extra cost. Serious professionals these guys.
