Online portal voor meldingen gebruiken ze denk ik niet en is erg onoverzichtelijk. Zeer slecht in communicatie. Luistert niet naar feedback, vandaar deze review. Medebewoners denken er precies zo over. Helaas... Virtually no service after delivery. Ask you to contact the contractor / handymen, all very badly arranged. I don't think they use online portal for reports and it is very unclear. Very bad at communication. Does not listen to feedback, hence this review. Inmates feel the same way. Unfortunately ...

Bij reparatieverzoeken word je van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en uiteindelijk word er bij telefonische gesprekken gewoon de verbinding verbroken. Meerdere huurders van MVGM gesproken, geen enkele positieve ervaring. TRIEST!!! Giant bad company that only wants money and doesn't care about the interests of the tenants. With repair requests you are sent from pillar to post and eventually the connection is simply disconnected during telephone calls. Speaking of several MVGM tenants, not a single positive experience. SAD!!!

De brieven met verhogingen daar kunnen ze wel snel mee zijn Foto staat bij foto's Schanaig how they let tenants sit there. T	Thomas Bastet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gehuurd in Roermond... Borg wordt niet terugbetaald, om redenen die niet afgesproken waren. Waarvan ik ook geen weet heb en de termijn is al 2 weken overschreden. Voor de borg, voor de eindbezichtiging en reparaties bij oplevering van het appartement moet je constant zelf contact opnemen met MVGM. Je wordt aan de telefoon telkens doorverbonden, omdat niemand over dat gedeelte van het dossier gaat, niemand heeft/geeft dan ook een helder en eenduidig concreet antwoord. Zelf zitten ze bovenop betalingen die zij moeten ontvangen. je krijgt er alleen maar vierkante meters voor terug, absoluut geen service of een tip-top onderhouden appartement. Dit is gewoon een enorm bedrijf vol huisjesmelkers. Rented in Roermond ... Deposit will not be refunded for reasons that were not agreed upon. We kregen schimmel in de badkamer doordat er weinig ventilatie aanwezig is in de badkamer, als je een beetje ventilatie wil moet je douchen met de badkamerdeur open. Verder hebben we een probleem met de riolering gehad, doordat de buis is aangesloten op het dak en op meerdere appartementen ontstaan er heel makkelijk opstoppingen, Na een aantal dagen bellen komen ze pas in actie. Na de oplevering werd er gezegd dat het appartement in orde is en dat we onze borg terug zouden krijgen. Nu na een aantal maanden nog steeds geen borg terug gehad. Telefonisch helpen ze je niet en zijn ze slecht te bereiken. Ook was er tijdens de verhuizing iets met de post misgegaan waardoor een brief nog per ongeluk op het oude adres bezorgd was, hiervoor had ik contact opgenomen met de vraag of ik die brief kon ophalen, maar dat mocht absoluut niet, ze zouden hem wel opsturen naar ons nieuw adres. We zijn nu een aantal maanden verder en ook die brief heb ik nooit meer gehad en die zal ook wel niet meer komen. Al met al betaal je veel te veel huur en krijg je 0,0 service van hun Never rent from this. Unfortunately we have rented from them. D	Dimitris Karabelas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MVGM (ikwilhuren.nu) charges 36 euros per year for a subscription that guarantees exclusive and fast access to all available houses for its members. However, this is a lie. When a house is about to become available, MVGM offers the possibility to the old tenant to recommend a new tenant before even posting in the website the availability of the house to the subscribers. The old tenant usually recommends friends, family and people that they offer the max amount of money to buy their old stuff that they want to get rid off. Of course none of these people pays for a subscription. As a result the subscribers that have paid 36 euros for exclusive access to available houses, actually never learn about the them unless the old tenants have nobody to recommend. I called MVGM to complain about that and they simple admitted that they help the old tenants in this way and that basically the subscribers can have whatever opportunity remains. Simple as that. I realized this situation after I saw the post of an old tenant in Facebook advertising an apartment that could become the new home of someone willing to buy their old stuff. I was a candidate for the apartment but I didn't want to buy everything they had.
