★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Rental Property Management company I have ever had in my life. My husband has tried and tried to get them to help. Not only do we have 8 leaks in our apartment, we can’t get a key card to get in the building, and several other things. They say they’ll call him back...but nothing happens. We’ve been dealing with this since March 13, 2019!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Be warned] No matter how difficult the housing marketing is, if you want to know what it means to have the worst possible landlord, I would highly recommend MVGM.
MVGM set a new standard on terrible customer service, only showing up to get paid and never doing their actual job. If you want something fixed, you have to call repeatedly as false promises are continuously made to try and escape from their obligations.
They are also masters in increasing the rent, it went up 400 euros since the time they went in there, charging expenses whenever they can. Sometimes if you mistakenly pay the old rate, you will get an incasso bureau for a silly 20 euros.
The best part when you try to leave the house is really when they try to screw you over. It's such a bad experience that really casts a shadow on your ability to enjoy living there.
You have been warned. You are welcome.
[Update almost a year later] More than a year later, they sent out an invoice for 14 euros without an ounce of shame after they made repaint the house, which the inspector assured us we would not.
Ofcourse, they will also send the incasso bureau. Avoid like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from mvgm ever. Becuase of them I got PTSD and heart attack - I wasnt able to sleep for half year in their apartment from noise, and they did nothing despite many phone calls and emails. I'm highly sucidal and can't live like this any longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. They are a scam. You will never "win" their lottery to get a property, all they will do is take your money and email you saying you are not eligible to rent a property. Worst rental agency out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an awful rental company. Not responsive, everything is about money. You need to go through a lottery for many properties just to able to go to a viewing, in same cases you can only rent a place without even viewing it. After the viewing there will be another lottery to decide who gets it. For their bigger apartment complexes they do not even bother to give you the info about which floor the apartment is located in and show you the exact same pictures for every single apartment so you have actually no idea how it looks until you were "lucky" to be chosen for a viewing. Absolutely ridiculous this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from any building managed by this company! I recently moved into a new building managed by them and have found the state of the apartment, the installation of the flooring, underfloor heating, and complete lack of responsive. For the amount I pay in both service charges and rent, I am SHOCKED by the lack of response, the quality of my floor installation, and the apparent lack of inspection done before tenants moved into the building. They do not care about their tenants or their quality life or providing services (like a response to repairs despite high service costs). I hear that they are not the worst but I am still appalled. If you want to market to foreigners and charge high rents, then you should be providing higher level of service.
