★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as you walk onto the property, you can sense the authenticity and craft. The owner, Ger, will greet you with a smile and invite you inside as though you are family. He’ll offer a sample of what he knows to be very fine spirits, and he’ll educate you on the process - the only limit being your individual interest and type of questions. These are very good spirits, and an even better experience.
