M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krijg hier altijd goede zorg en aandacht. Er wordt de tijd voor je genomen en kopje thee aangeboden. Sinds ik hier laat pedicuren, geen last meer van ingegroeide nagels. Ook de massage is aan te raden. Zowel spierpijn als stress worden vakkundig weggemasseerd. Always get good care and attention here. Time is taken for you and a cup of tea is offered. Since I get a pedicure here, no more problems with ingrown nails. The massage is also recommended. Both muscle pain and stress are expertly massaged away.
I	I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foto’s zeggen genoeg… Heel stuk van m’n huid afgesneden met als reactie “je moet niet bewegen” (ik bewoog geen centimeter) & bloedende nagel riemen Er is NIETS gedesinfecteerd. M’n huid niet en het gebruikte materiaal niet wat zo weer bij de volgende werd gebruikt. Behandelingen werden grof uitgevoerd. Communicatie was slecht. Pictures say enough... Cut off a whole piece of my skin with the reaction "you mustn't move" (I didn't move an inch) & bleeding cuticles NOTHING has been disinfected. Not my skin and not the material used, which was used again in the next one. Treatments were carried out roughly. Communication was bad.

Ik vernam direct na elke behandeling bij de fysiotherapeut een lichte verlichting waar, maar helaas voor korte duur want aan het einde van de dag begon t weer pijnlijk te worden. Mijn schoonzusje wees mij erop dat ik waarschijnlijk meer baat bij een therapeut voor acupunctuur zou hebben. Wat ben ik blij dat ik geluisterd had. Na één behandeling gehad te hebben was ik al van de zeurende pijn af en kreeg zeer nuttige info mee om het ook zo te behouden. Nu ga ik geregeld voor een oplaad momentje & checkup. Ben nu grote Fan! Tot volgende weer Fanny 8) A few months ago I was completely stuck in my neck and shoulders. At first went to the physio but it didn't get any better. I noticed a slight relief immediately after each treatment with the physiotherapist, but unfortunately for a short time because at the end of the day it started to get painful again. My sister-in-law pointed out to me that I would probably benefit more from an acupuncture therapist. I'm so glad I listened. After having had one treatment, I was already rid of the nagging pain and I received very useful information to keep it that way. Now I regularly go for a charging moment & checkup. Am a big fan now! And now I'm standing 10 minutes earlier before my appointment and there is nobody inside. I call and woman says: no we are closed. My first appointment is at 12!!!!! Seriously?!?!?! I came to The Hague especially for this appointment and it doesn't stand in her agenda?!?!?! Appointment was confirmed via email!!!!! So she apologized and said that will come asap. 10 minutes later I got my treatment and now can say for sure that staff is friendly and service is good. Only work a bit on arranging your agenda :)

First of all they do double dipping which is a big no go since it's unhygienic and second of all the treatment was pretty brutal since she had pinched my skin every time she removes the hair(she uses hard wax). But the most unacceptable part is how she responded when I gave her my feedback. She said that if I have done the wax in another salon previously, why should I come to her salon?! Basically she has no customer service attitude what so ever! She even said that no need for me to comeback next time! Shocking! Just shocking attitude. Definitely will not comeback even they're giving waxing for free and will not recommend this salon to anyone for waxing.
