Maaar ooooooh wat een Slechte service bij mybrand bataviastad Lelystad! Ik probeer al vanaf 2 januari contact te leggen over een broek die in september gekocht is bij hun, en nu al een slijtplek in het kruis heeft. Gister 2x gebeld, moest foto’s van de broek mailen. Dus foto’s gemaild en nog steeds hoor ik niks! Wat een slechte service zeg!
Bedenk voor je hier iets koopt! Fijne winkel maar als er iets is geven ze niet thuis...

Maaar ooooooh what a bad service at mybrand bataviastad lelystad! I have been trying to make contact since January 2 about trousers that were bought from them in September and that already have a wear spot in the crotch. Called twice yesterday, had to mail pictures of the pants. So I emailed pictures and I still don't hear anything! What a bad service say!
Think before you buy something here! Nice store but if there is something they do not give home ...
