β β β β β I was late for my appointment, so I was asked to return in 20 minutes. Fair enough. When I returned after 15 minutes, I was told I was too early so she would start cutting someone else's hair making me wait for another haircut.
Probably one of the worst haircut I received, uneven, way shorter than I insisted, skin got pulled a few times in the back;
Price list says "wash, cut, dry" , apparently she said you have to clearly state you need a wash beforehand otherwise she does not provide it and the price remains the same.
